Titanium coated art glass brings a unique beauty to home decoration. It is made by using ordinary clear float glass, ultra clear float glass or frosted glass as the substrate and printing the desired pattern on the glass surface using screen printing technology. Then, a layer of titanium film is deposited on the glass surface using magnetron sputtering technology. After that, the ink printed with screen printing is washed away with an appropriate ratio of alkali solution, leaving a vivid titanium film pattern on the glass surface.
